- Firstly, slice the bitter gourd and take out the seeds. Cut them into small ring-like pieces.
- When you are stir frying your bitter gourd add a neutral tasting ingredient like rice flour or potatoes or cheese.
- Also, if you want to add some sweetness to your bitter gourd while reducing the bitterness, you can also add a bit of sugar or jaggery to it.
But remember, when you try to reduce the bitterness of bitter gourd, it loses some of its nutrient content too.
